I have helped clients complete full push ups and pull ups, lose hundreds of pounds, hike all over the world, and go from the couch to running 5ks and half-marathons. In addition, I have helped clients recover from injuries post-physical therapy including plantar fasciitis, broken ankle, sprains, herniated discs, and knee, hip, and shoulder issues. Clients are doing activities they never thought they would be capable of and feeling fitter, healthier, and more confident than ever before.

Areas of Focus:

  • Injury Recovery, Post-Physical Therapy Progression, & Reinjury Reduction
  • Functional Fitness for Movement & Lifestyle Enhancement
  • Strength Training for Function & Life
  • Performance Training for Athletes

I spent the last 8 years competing in races ranging from a 50K trail race to a 24-hour obstacle course race, through which I achieved my ultimate dream of qualifying and racing in the Obstacle Course World Championships in September 2021. After several injuries in the past, my focus shifted to developing mobility, flexibility, and recovery practices for myself and my clients.

I continue to promote integrated exercise and lifestyle training so that my clients achieve and maintain a higher level of fitness and health. Fitness and health does not just happen in the gym, but becomes a lifestyle that transcends; it is not just for today, but for a better you for tomorrow.

Jay is such an important part of my life. It was Jay who I worked with to transform my life! He inspired, motivated and coached me throughout my weight loss of over 100 pounds. He not only encouraged me to get stronger by building muscle, but he was committed to helping me change my eating habits and achieve my goals. I will forever be grateful to Jay. Even to this day he continues to send me texts to check in on me. I am also proud to say that is it almost two years since I have lost my weight and it is still gone and I continue to live a healthy lifestyle.
