PAY FOR PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Choose a Package from the below offerings.

  • 1-on-1, 60-minute, in-person training sessions (in your home or private studio)  4 or 8 sessions/month (other time periods with different prices available) (prices do not include online fees)
  • 1-on-1, 60-minute, in-person training sessions and custom training plan. 4 or 8 sessions/month with additional workouts to do on your own (prices ranges depending on amount of workouts on your own) (other time periods with different prices available) (prices do not include online fees)
  • 1-on-1, 60-minute training sessions on a virtual media platform where you can train in the comfort of your own home or when you are away 4 or 8 sessions/month plus an independent workout to do on your own weekly (other time periods with different prices available) (prices do not include online fees)
  • 1-on-1, 60-minute, in-person training sessions and custom self-workout plan  2-3 sessions in the beginning of the month to learn the training plan that you will do on your own (ideal for non-beginners) (other time periods with different prices available) (prices do not include online fees)
  • Monthly custom self-workout plan, accessory work, and 30-minute check-in call to help you reach your optimal personal performance (best for highly motivated individuals who are familiar with a lot of exercises and proper form) (prices do not include online fees)
  • *Travel Policy: 30-minute round-trip included, $10 for every additional 10 minutes of travel.

As long as a session is cancelled at least 24 hours before its start time and payment has been received for training the following month, may carry forward sessions as follows: 

  • 1 session to the next month for a 4-session/month package
  • 2 sessions to the next month for a 8-session/month package
